Free trial
How long is the trial, and do I need a card?
34 days of full access, no card needed. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends: accounts, debts, income and planning stay free, while expense tracking, reminders, widgets, Siri and reports need a subscription.
Can I subscribe during the trial?
Yes: Profile → Access → Subscribe. Your remaining free days aren't lost.
Subscription and billing
How much does it cost?
$2.99 per month, $19.99 per year (≈$1.67/month), or $49.99 once for Lifetime. The App Store shows the final price.
How do I cancel?
iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Pennify → Cancel Subscription, or in the app: Profile → Access → Manage subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
I bought Lifetime, but my subscription still renews.
Buying Lifetime doesn't turn off your subscription automatically. Turn off auto-renew in Apple ID settings — the Access screen has a "Manage in Apple" button.
New iPhone or reinstalled the app — where's my subscription?
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account and tap Profile → Access → Restore purchases.
Apple couldn't charge my payment.
Paid features keep working for 3 more days while Apple retries. Check your payment method in Apple ID settings — everything resumes once the payment goes through.
Data and sync
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Everything is saved on your iPhone instantly and syncs once you're back online.
How do I use it on two iPhones?
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account on both — data syncs automatically. Sync status is shown in Profile.
Ca Pennify see my bank accounts?
No. The app doesn't connect to banks — you enter all amounts yourself.
I changed the currency, but the amounts stayed the same.
Display currency only changes the symbol next to amounts; there's no conversion.
Reminders
How do I connect Telegram?
Profile → Reminders → Telegram → Connect Telegram, then tap Start in the bot chat. The link works for 10 minutes.
I'm not getting reminders on my iPhone.
Check that notifications are allowed for Pennify in iPhone Settings → Notifications; "On this iPhone" is on in Profile → Reminders; the plan item or debt has a due date; and your subscription or trial is active.
How do I turn off Telegram reminders?
In the app: Profile → Reminders → Telegram → Disconnect Telegram, or send /stop to the bot.

How do I delete my profile and all data?
Profile → Delete profile. Data is permanently deleted from the server and all your iPhones. Cancel your Apple subscription separately.
